Transportation/ El transporte
We continued our study on land transportation. We learned the importance of the road and the lines help the driver to follow the rules. Also we learned about traffic signs and how they are important to drivers and pedestrians to help keep everybody safe. At block center, the children continue building roads and added cars to their structures. At art center, the children painted with cars, used scissors to cut out a template of a car, used stamps to make a train, follow directions to make a fire truck and played with playdough. At sensory the children played with sand, cars and blocks. It was fun to see how they use them. At dramatic center, the children continue pretending to be a variety of roles such as: mechanic, customer, secretary. They filled out a report, answer the phone and gave the bill to the customer.
