Dental Health! Salud Dental

We continued our study on Dental health.  The children made teeth with play dough and we discussed the importance of flossing and how it prevents cavities. The children used pieces of foam and toothpicks to create different structures.  The children painted with finger paint. It was fun to mix and create new colors. We practice using scissors by cutting yarn at the sensory table. We finished our week by tasting different flavors of milk. The children preferred strawberry milk. 

Continuamos nuestro estudio en Salud  Dental.  Los niños hicieron dientes con plastilina y discutimos la importancia de uso de hilo dental y como prevenir caries. Los niños usaron pedazos de anime y palillo para crear diferentes estructuras. Los niños pintaron con sus dedos. Fue divertido como mezclaron y crearon nuevos colores. Los niños practicaron el uso de las tijeras, ellos cortaron estambre en la mesa sensorial. Termínanos nuestra  semana probando diferentes sabores de leche. Los niños prefirieron el sabor de fresa.
