Buildings and Holidays!
We can’t believe this is our last post for this year! We can’t believe we have been together for four months. The children have grown so much in this short time. They adjusted to our daily routines and establish great friendships. They are continuing to work on basic skills such writing their names and simple words, following patterns, request, wait and take turns and solving social problems. It is amazing to see them negotiate toys and turns and ask for help when they need it. We spent this week learning about what happens inside buildings. We learned that different buildings have different purposes such as hospitals, restaurants and schools. We discuss how to recognize different buildings. Also, we celebrated the holiday with a fantastic week. We got excited about Santa’s visit, we wore our favorite flannels, sweaters, pajamas and holiday colors. We want to thank each family for your support and for letting us be part of your child’s development. We want to wish you a save and happy holiday and new year!
